Please note: Bundles are sold as complete sets. Individual items cannot be returned or refunded separately. Please check your goods within 24 hours of arrival and make sure you have received everything before booking a fitter, should you choose to do so. We cannot offer replacement components once you have installed your media wall.

Materials
TV units and TV panels –
All of our TV panels are manufactured using 18mm thick, sustainably sourced melamine faced chipboard.
Premium Slat Panels –
All of our TV panels are manufactured using 18mm thick sustainably sourced melamine faced chipboard.
The recycled PET felt backing is manufactured from recycled plastic bottles and is 9mm thick.
These panels are 2400mm in height.
Standard Slat Panels –
These panels are 22mm thick overall and are only available in 2400mm height.
The MDF is 12mm thick and has a single sided real wood veneer bonded to the face. These are stapled directly onto the felt for a secure fixing.

Shipping & Returns
Standard products:
These will usually be dispatched within two working days of ordering and are typically delivered within two to three days (this may be longer if you are in a remote area).
Made to order products:
These will normally be dispatched within three weeks of placing an order. This includes production time of approximately two weeks but this can vary depending on your order. The delivery time is normally within one week of being collected from us.
If you purchase a media wall bundle or multiple products it is possible that multiple deliveries may arrive as certain products are dispatched from different warehouses.
All of our TV units and TV panels are made to order.
Booking installers:
We always recommend waiting until your products have arrived and you’ve confirmed that everything is correct before booking an installer.
Returns:
Returns are accepted for standard products; however, we do not accept returns for made-to-order items, as these are manufactured specifically to your requirements. All returns must be sent back in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed within three working days of the returned items being received and checked. Courier fees may vary depending on the product and quantity being returned.

Care Instructions
Cleaning can be done with a dry microfiber cloth, a feather duster or hoover. Cleaning should be done gently to not damage the panels.
