1. Acceptance of Terms
By accepting a quotation, paying a deposit, placing an order, approving a design, confirming an installation date, signing an agreement, purchasing products, or permitting work to commence, the customer confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are based upon information supplied by the customer and remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing.

Prices may be adjusted where additional work, design changes, structural requirements, hidden services, access restrictions, customer amendments or unforeseen site conditions arise.

All dimensions are subject to reasonable manufacturing and installation tolerances. Minor dimensional variations that do not affect functionality shall not constitute defects.

Existing walls, floors, ceilings, chimney breasts and structures may not be perfectly level, square or plumb. Installations will follow existing site conditions and minor variations resulting from those conditions shall not constitute defects.

Exact colour matching between existing decorations, paints, finishes, materials, boards and newly installed products cannot be guaranteed.

Decorative boards, media wall boards, TV panels, acoustic panels, MDF products, MFC products, melamine-faced boards, laminated boards and similar sheet materials may contain minor chips, edge imperfections, surface marks, grain variations, texture variations or manufacturing tolerances that do not affect functionality, structural integrity or intended appearance of the product. Such minor imperfections shall not be considered defects.
3. Design Approval & Project Changes
All drawings, renders, measurements, colours, layouts, shelf positions, fireplace positions, storage arrangements, electrical layouts, lighting positions and specifications
approved by email, WhatsApp, text message, signed quotation, electronic signature or written confirmation shall constitute final design approval.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional charges, revised completion dates, labour costs and material costs.
Any design change, amendment, alteration or variation requested by the customer to a decorative board media wall after design approval, ordering of materials, preparation or commencement of works shall incur additional charges for labour, materials, administration and any associated costs.
Once the timber or wooden framework (shell) of a media wall or installation has been constructed, the plasterboard structure and overall design layout cannot be changed. Where the timber framework has not yet been fully completed, any requested changes may be accepted at the sole discretion of MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD and will be subject to additional labour, material and administration charges.

4.Deposits & Payments

Deposits may be required to secure bookings, installation dates, manufacturing slots or product orders. Deposits become non-refundable once materials are ordered, products are manufactured, boards are cut,
fireplaces are purchased, installation dates are reserved or work has commenced. All outstanding balances must be paid in full before the installation team leaves the property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure to make payments may result in suspension of works, cancellation of services, withholding of products and recovery of additional costs.

5. Payment Terms

Ownership of supplied goods remains with MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTIONS LTD until full payment has been received.
The existence of minor defects, snagging items, cosmetic adjustments, warranty matters or minor rectification works shall not entitle the customer to withhold, delay, reduce or refuse payment.
Any genuine defects shall be rectified within a reasonable period in accordance with the warranty provisions.

6. Order Cancellations

Custom-made products, media walls, decorative board media walls, plasterboard media walls, home cinema rooms, bedroom installations, renovation works and made-to-order
products may not be cancelled once production, preparation, ordering or installation has commenced.
Where products, materials, acoustic panels, TV panels, fireplaces, boards, lighting products or accessories have been ordered, allocated, prepared, dispatched or reserved specifically for a customer project, MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD reserves the right to refuse cancellation and recover all reasonable costs incurred.
MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD reserves the right to recover all reasonable costs incurred in relation to cancelled orders, including labour, materials, manufacturing, storage, administration and supplier charges.

7. Customer Responsibilities

The customer shall:
• Provide safe access.
• Ensure the work area is clear.
• Inform us of underfloor heating, hidden pipes, cables, gas lines and concealed services.
• Obtain permissions, landlord consent, planning permissions and approvals where required.
• Provide adequate parking arrangements.
• Review and approve all designs before installation.

Where replacement skirting boards are required, the customer shall supply suitable skirting boards unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Unless specifically included within the quotation, removal or disposal of customer furniture, televisions, fireplaces, packaging, household waste, building waste or personal belongings is excluded.
If MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD arrives at the agreed installation site and the customer, property owner, authorised representative or responsible person is unavailable to provide access, site opening, instructions or entry to the property, the customer shall be liable for all reasonable labour costs, transportation charges, travel expenses and any other costs incurred as a result of the failed visit or delay.

8. Customer-Supplied Products

MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD accepts no responsibility for faults, compatibility issues, software issues, manufacturer defects or failures relating to customer-supplied TVs, TV brackets, fireplaces, soundbars, speakers, gaming consoles, appliances, cables or accessories.
Customers must demonstrate that existing TVs and equipment are operational before removal.

9. Installation Programme & Completion

Drying times for plaster, fillers, paints, adhesives and sealants are estimates only and may vary due to weather, ventilation, humidity and site conditions.
Customer-related delays, denied access, unavailable products or customer-requested changes may result in revised completion dates and additional charges.
If the installation team attends the property on the agreed date and is unable to commence or continue work due to the customer’s absence, lack of access, unavailable site representative or any customer-related issue, additional labour, transportation and rescheduling charges may apply.
TV Mediawall & Construction Ltd shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its reasonable control including severe weather, supplier shortages, transport disruption, strikes, utility failures, government restrictions, illness, or other unforeseen events. Any resulting delays shall not constitute a breach of contract and completion dates shall be extended by a reasonable period where necessary.
Upon completion, the customer shall inspect and test all supplied and customer-provided equipment.
Any visible concerns must be reported before the installation team leaves the property.

10. Warranty Policy

Workmanship Warranty: 6 Months.
Electrical Products Supplied by MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD: 12-Month Warranty.
No warranty applies to customer-supplied products.
No warranty applies to LED strip lighting, LED tape, RGB lighting products, controllers or remotes.

11. Warranty Exclusions

Hairline cracks, settlement cracks, shrinkage cracks, plaster drying marks, caulk movement and paint movement caused by normal drying or building movement shall not constitute defects.
Accidental damage, misuse, neglect, third-party alterations, structural movement and customer damage are excluded.

12. Product Sales, Returns & Refunds

MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD supplies a range of products including, but not limited to, decorative boards, media wall boards, acoustic panels, TV panels, MDF products, MFC products, media wall bundles, fireplaces, TV brackets, LED lighting products, HDMI cables, adhesives, spotlights and related accessories.
Delivery of products is available only within a 30-mile radius of Romford unless otherwise agreed in writing by MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

• The item must be in its original, unused condition and include all original packaging, manuals and accessories.

• The item must not have been installed, assembled or altered in any way.

• Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, must be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied:

Custom-made, cut-to-size, personalised, made-to-order, specially ordered, fabricated or customer-specified products.
• Customized or bespoke media walls.
• Acoustic panels, TV panels, decorative panels, media wall boards and custom bundles supplied specifically for a customer project.
• Clearance or sale items.
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect or improper installation by the customer.

Order Processing & Cancellations
Once an order enters processing, it cannot be cancelled if materials have been ordered, allocated, prepared, cut to size, manufactured, fabricated or customised for the customer’s specific requirements.
Any costs incurred by MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD up to the point of cancellation may be charged to the customer.
Where products, materials, acoustic panels, TV panels, fireplaces, boards, lighting products or accessories have been ordered, allocated, prepared, dispatched or reserved specifically for a customer project, MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD reserves the right to refuse cancellation and recover all reasonable costs incurred.

Return Process

If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Contact our customer service team on 0333 404 2277 or email info@tvmediawall.co.uk with your order details and reason for return.
Return Authorisation: If approved, you will receive a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and instructions for returning the item.

Shipping: The item must be securely packaged in its original packaging and include all accessories, manuals and proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or supplied incorrectly.

Inspection: Returned items will be inspected upon receipt to ensure they meet the return eligibility requirements.
Refund or Replacement: If approved, a refund or replacement will be arranged. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Products must be inspected within 48 hours of delivery and any shortages, transit damage, faults or incorrect items must be reported within that period.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately on 0333 404 2277 or email info@tvmediawall.co.uk. We may request photographs or additional information to assess the issue.
If the claim is valid, we will arrange a replacement or refund and cover reasonable return shipping costs where applicable.
Important Notes
Refunds will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTION LTD reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs duties, taxes or charges.
Nothing within these Terms & Conditions affects a customer’s statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products.

13. Finance

Finance options are provided by approved third-party lenders and remain subject to status, affordability checks and lender approval.

14. Limitation of Liability

MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTIONS LTD shall not be liable for undisclosed hidden services, structural defects, customer-supplied products, supplier delays, colour variations, natural material characteristics, minor dimensional variations or indirect losses.

15. Photography & Marketing

MEDIAWALL & CONSTRUCTIONS LTD reserves the right to photograph completed works for quality control, training, website content, advertising and social media purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

16. Storage Charges

Where products, fireplaces, materials, boards or custom-made items are held following customer postponement or delay, reasonable storage charges may apply.

17. Handcrafted Installations

Media walls, cabinetry, shelving, decorative panels and bespoke joinery are handcrafted products.

Minor variations in alignment, shadow gaps, joints, grain patterns, paint finishes, silicone lines, decorative detailing, board textures, panel finishes and natural material characteristics shall not constitute defects where functionality is unaffected.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
